This ranch is in the rolling plains, in one of the least-populated areas of the state. The land is rolling hills of grass, mesquite, and shin oak. The ranch is in Motley and Dickens counties, near the tiny town of Dumont (it may be small, but it's the second largest town in adjacent King County).
